The Designlab Learning Pass is a pass that provides one learner with up to five Designlab course credits. Each credit can be redeemed for one Designlab course priced at $999 or below. You can use your credits on any qualifying course that begins before December 31, 2026.
Credits are available as soon as you purchase the Learning Pass. You can redeem them for any eligible course scheduled before December 31, 2026.
Directly following purchase of the Designlab Learning Pass, you’ll be sent an online form you can use to request enrollment in specific Designlab courses.
Yes. All credits must be used for courses that begin before December 31, 2026. Unused credits expire at 11:59pm PT on that date.
No. Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the same individual. If you’re purchasing the Learning Pass for someone else, or if the purchaser’s email is different from the learner’s email, reach out to hello@designlab.com before the first redemption so we can properly assign the credits.
No. All Learning Pass purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused credits have no cash value and cannot be partially refunded.
Our Happiness Promise still applies. If you request a refund under the Happiness Promise, the refund will be issued as the return of the credit used — not as a monetary refund.
No. All redemptions are subject to cohort and peer-group availability. We recommend redeeming credits early to secure your preferred start dates.
Our course offerings may evolve over time. If a course is updated or retired, you can redeem your credits toward any currently available eligible course.
No. One credit can only be used for one eligible course. Credits cannot be combined, split, or stacked with additional promotions, sales, or discount codes.
No. Credits cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or existing enrollments.
No. The Learning Pass must be purchased with a single upfront payment.
