Design Leadership Guild is composed of 3 main elements: 2x/month mastermind groups facilitated by world-class leadership coaches, a guest speaker series, and a virtual community with 24/7 resources and support.
Our 3-month programs are designed to fit into busy schedules, and feature topical deep dives into areas of interest for leaders.

You'll be able to attend live online guest lectures: from leaders who have been there and done that. They'll break down case studies and stories in the trenches, and share their insights and actionable advice.

How It Works
3 mONTHS of impact
Each 3-month program is structured around a theme of relevance to design leaders. Our Sep 2024 program is around Design Influence and Advocacy.
3-6 guest speakers will speak on relevant topics, and mastermind sessions and community prompts will revolve around, but not be limited to, this theme.
We'll have two slots for mastermind sessions: either 12pm EST or 5pm EST.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our pilot program will start in September 2024. Mastermind groups of 6-10 will be carefully curated based on location, background / interests, and fit.
We're designing the DLG program to be on par with the outcomes and impact from 1:1 coaching, with the added advantage of learning from peers who have walked in your shoes before. Participants of mastermind groups report transformative takeaways from the networking opportunities, shared wisdom, and connections that arise from the group setting.
Guest speaker sessions will take place every 2-4 weeks, and last 60 minutes (these will also be recorded).
Most importantly, expect to spend at least 90 minutes every 2 weeks in the live mastermind sessions (and maybe more connecting individually with your peers).
