Mary is the Co-founder of Capitan, a platform that makes it easier to manage a climbing gym. She began her career as a Venture for America Fellow in Miami working at various startups. Then she moved to Colorado and joined TeamSnap—a sports organization platform used by over 20 million coaches, athletes, and parents worldwide. She started on the sales team and transitioned to the product design team after completing UX Academy. Her final project was the origin of her startup, Capitan.
